Shipping Information  Orders are processed and shipped Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM CST may be processed the following business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Return Information At Pin High Outfitters, we want you to love what you wear. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we do not charge any restocking fees. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for return.

Fit Guide All Pin High polos are designed with a comfortable, standard fit that works well on and off the course. If a polo is labeled as “Athletic Fit,” it will have a slimmer, more tailored cut through the chest and sleeves. Currently, our only athletic fit polo is the Bunker Spray design—perfect for those who prefer a closer-to-body fit. If it doesn’t say athletic fit, expect our signature relaxed feel.

Do you offer custom apparel for events, teams, or courses? Yes — we offer custom Pin High Outfitters apparel/accessories for tournaments, golf teams, country clubs, corporate events, and more. Whether you need polos with your logo or a fully personalized design package, we’ll make sure your group is styled with premium gear and would be honored to work with you!
